- Overnight stays can not be booked on a Saturday, during Race Week, during Christmas or Valentine’s weekend.
- The prizes must be taken six months (unless stated otherwise).
- The prize cannot be taken when Rowton Hall Hotel & Spa is fully booked.
- The prize is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for money.
- It is a condition of entry that the winner is a resident of the UK.
- The prize does not include travel expenses to Rowton Hall Hotel & Spa.
- No purchase is necessary.
- Once the competition has closed entries after that time will not be counted.
- The winner will be selected at random (via random number generator) and contacted within one week. Rowton Hall Hotel & Spa’s decision will be final. The winner will be notified by Facebook messenger / Email or Instagram messenger. If contact cannot be made within 7 days, the prize will be forfeited.
- The prize is for use by the winner only and their guest and is not transferable.
- If you are a winner, you agree, as a condition of receiving the prize, to participate in any publicity or promotion organised by Rowton Hall Hotel & Spa.
- For spa offers where you can bring a friend to use the facilities for free - this applies for all spa day packages only. The friend will have access to the spa facilities only.
- Entry implies

- Employees of Rowton Hall Hotel & Spa are not allowed to enter the competition.
