Do I get access to the facilities if I book a treatment? All of our treatments are available to be booked individually, access to the rest of the facilities is reserved for members, hotel residents and spa day guests.

Can I pay to just use the facilities? Access to the facilities is reserved for spa day guests, members and hotel residents. We offer the Spa & Treat which includes: 4 hour access, a 25 minute treatment plus robe & flip flop hire.

Are their age restrictions? We have specific swim times for children over 4 years old, From 9am -11am 4pm – 6pm. Children must always be accompanied by a responsible adult.

• The minimum age for spa pool facilities is 4 years old
• The minimum age for sauna and steam room is 18 years old
• The minimum age for gym use is 16 years when with an adult

Parking and directions: Please go to the Spa Reception Entrance on the left hand side as you approach the main hotel reception. There is free parking on site as well as electric vehicle charging points available to book at the hotels main reception.
