(From 19th February) Every Wednesday 6pm - 7pm - Hatha Yoga with Liz
Every Thursday 8.30am - 9am - Core & More with Karen (In the gym)
Every Thursday 9.10am - 9.55am - Aqua Fit with Karen (Pool)
Classes are included in memberships as long as your membership allows access at the time of the class. For off peak members to attend during peak times it’s £5 per class. Classes are available to pre-book 7 days prior.
