• Validation: A referral is validated once the referred friend signs a new annual / 12 month contract.
• Booking: Once validated, you will be contacted via email to book your complimentary treatment.
• Treatment Limit: One complimentary treatment per referral.
• Extensions: Extending the complimentary treatment (e.g., to a 55-minute session) will incur an additional charge.
• Referral Cap: A maximum of 20 referrals is allowed per calendar year.
• Treatment Duration: Complimentary treatment is for 25 minutes only.
• Fraud Prevention: We reserve the right to withhold the complimentary treatment if fraudulent activity is suspected.
• Eligibility: Employees of Anderbury Hotel Collection are eligible for the referral scheme.
