Chester Races

Make a day at the UK’s oldest racecourse a thrilling part of your stay at Rowton Hall.

They’ve been racing at Chester since 1539, and every year between early May and late September you can join the trackside action on the banks of the River Dee.

It’s perfect for parties and special occasions (private boxes are available) and an ideal reward after a day of business at Rowton Hall.

Let us know you’re planning to visit Chester racecourse when you book with us and we’ll help you arrange your transport to and from the event. When you return you’ll be able to celebrate your winnings with dinner in the Langdale Restaurant, or sooth the impact of your losses in the Rowton Hall Spa.
