Our most frequently asked Christmas event questions

    • How do I make a booking for one of your Ticketed Events?
    Bookings can be made quickly and easily online, enjoy instant confirmation and easily manage your order details for a seamless booking experience. Don’t wait—secure your spot today!
    • Can I book a Private event or Group package?
    You certainly can, please complete our booking form and the events team will contact you directly to discuss your requirements.
    • Can I make a Provisional Booking?
    Yes, to avoid disappointment you can make a provisional booking, which will be held for 7 days, giving you time to confirm which friends, family or colleagues will be joining you. After this time a deposit is required to confirm your tickets.
    • Do I need to pay a Deposit?
    A £10 per guest, non-refundable, non-transferable deposit will be required to confirm your booking. If after confirming your booking you would like to increase your guest numbers you can do so via your account, subject to event availability.
    • When will I need to pay the Final Balance?
    Full pre-payment will be required by 4 weeks prior to your event date. If you are booking an event less than 4 weeks prior, full pre-payment will be required at the time of booking.
    • Do you cater for Allergies and specific Dietary Needs?
    Absolutely, all of our menus offer options that are dairy free, gluten free, vegetarian and/or vegan. You will be asked to notify of us of any special dietary or allergen requirements when completing your guest pre orders in the Pre Orders' section of your account.
    • Do you offer Discounted Accommodation for guests attending ticketed party nights?
    We offer a special 10% discount for any guests that would like to stay overnight after attending a private or ticketed event. To apply this discount please enter promotional code SNOOZE when booking online.
    • Do we have to Pre Order Food prior to the event?
    Yes, by pre-ordering your food you help us to provide a smoother service on the evening, allowing you to sit back, relax, and fully enjoy your experience.
    • Can we Pre Order Drinks for our table/s?
    Yes, we offer a discounted drinks pre order menu when booking your event with us online. Drinks pre orders are required by 3 days prior to the event you are attending.
    • Can we bring our Own Alcohol to a ticketed event?
    Bringing your own alcohol onto the premises is strictly prohibited. Any guests found to be drinking alcohol that has not been sold on the premises will be asked to leave immediately.
    • Is there a set Dress Code for ticketed events?
    A smart / casual dress code is applicable at all events unless otherwise stated on the individual event description.
    • We are attending a ticketed event and we know another group that's attending, can we sit next to them?
    Requests for table location will be taken into consideration, but cannot be guaranteed. Please note any requirements in the 'Special Requirements' section when making your booking.
    • Will we have our Own Table/s?
    Please let us know of any requests for seating arrangements via the Special Requirements' note. We always try our best to accommodate requests, but cannot guarantee them. Table allocations are completed 3 days prior to each event, once final attendee numbers have been confirmed. Large groups of 13+ guests may be seated on multiple tables. Shared party tables may apply to groups of less than 12 guests.
    • Can we supply Place Cards for our table/s at one of your ticketed events?
    We supply place cards for all ticketed events, with reminders of food pre orders on the reverse. Please note we are unable to arrange set table plan for your table/s if attending ticketed events.
    • Are your ticketed events suitable for Children?
    The minimum age requirement to attend our evening ticketed party nights is 18 years of age. Guests aged 16-18 years of age may attend as part of a company function or with parents/guardians present. We do host events that are suitable for children, please view our Calendar of Events for further details.
