Our most frequently asked Christmas event questions

  • How do I book your Christmas Events?

Bookings can be made via the booking form on the website, you can also email events@rowtonhallhotel.co.uk or call 01244335262.

  • Which Christmas events are suitable for Children?

The Santa Breakfast's and Santa Lunches as well as Christmas Day Lunch, Boxing Day Lunch and New Years Day Lunch. The minimum age requirement to attend our festive party nights and New Years Eve celebrations is 18 years of age. Guests aged 16-18 may attend as part of a company function or with parents/guardians present

  • Can you cater for allergies and specific dietary needs not met within the menus?

Yes, please notify of us of any special dietary requirements or allergen requirements when completing your menu pre order form.

  • What is your booking & cancellation policy for Christmas events?

All bookings will be treated as provisional and will be held for no longer than 7 days pending receipt of a non-refundable non-transferable deposit of £10 per guest. No credit vouchers, refunds or transfers will be given for any deposits or payments made.

  • Can I book a private event or group package for Christmas celebrations?

Absolutely all bookings are of course subject to availability, please complete our booking form and the events team will contact you directly.

  • What is the dress code for the Christmas events?

A smart / casual dress code is applicable at all events unless otherwise stated.

We offer 10% off for guests attending our party nights just use the code SNOOZE in the promotion code box when booking online. Please also enter the reservation name of the group for the party night you are attending.

  • Do you offer discounted drinks packages and wine pre orders for Christmas events?

Yes, please find information on our drinks packages here.

  • When do our pre orders and final payment need to be sent for our Christmas event?

Menu pre orders where required must be submitted by 4 weeks prior, after this time the venue may select choices for any unconfirmed. Full pre-payment is required by 4 weeks prior to your booking date. For bookings less than 4 weeks prior full pre-payment will be required upon confirmation.

  • Can we bring our own alcohol to a Christmas party night?

Bringing alcohol not brought on the premises is prohibited. Any one found to be drinking alcohol not sold to the on the premises will be asked to leave immediately.

  • We're attending a Christmas Party Night and we know another group that's attending, can we sit next to them?

Requests for table location will be taken into consideration when we're doing the table plan, however they can not be guaranteed.

  • We have made place cards for our Christmas Party Night are we able to come earlier to pop them out?

Yes absolutely, the lounge bar is open from 12pm daily.
