Corporate Membership Terms and Conditions

Corporate memberships are arranged in advance for organisations with 6 or more active members, typically through a formal agreement or application process. If the number of members on a corporate rate drops below 6, the remaining members will convert to the standard rate, and the direct debit will be amended. Members will be notified in advance about these changes, including the effective date of the new rate and any adjustments to their direct debit.

You will be required to provide proof of employment with a company with a corporate rate at point of sale, such as a recent payslip, company ID badge, or official letter from your employer. We reserve the right to request proof of employment with a corporate company at anytime.

It is your responsibility to inform us if your employment status changes. Corporate Membership rates can be shared with other adults residing at the same address as the employee, and acceptable proof of this includes utility bills, council tax statements, or a joint tenancy agreement.
