Floating Sound Bath
Join us for a truly unique evening of deep relaxation at The Spa at Rowton Hall Hotel.
Float effortlessly beneath soft lighting while being guided through an immersive sound bath experience led by Mo from Soul Space Chester. Using calming sounds, gentle frequencies and guided relaxation techniques, this experience is designed to help quiet the mind, calm the nervous system and promote a deep sense of wellbeing.
Guests will float on individual air beds within our tranquil pool environment while being surrounded by soothing sound and atmosphere, creating a completely immersive wellness experience unlike anything else locally.
Your experience includes:
- Exclusive use atmosphere during the sound bath
- Access to our spa facilities before (6-8pm) /after the session (9-9.30pm)
Perfect for anyone looking to slow down, reset and completely switch off from the outside world.
Please note:
This experience involves floating on air beds within the swimming pool environment. Participants must be comfortable around water and able to get on and off the floating beds with assistance if required.
