Booking With Us

Our dedicated in-house reservations team are here to help you with all your booking requirements and to offer the best advice on all our room types and rates.

If you book directly with us, we guarantee to offer you the best rate available (which is often less than the popular hotel booking sites). When booking your room you’re able to book directly online, via email or phone.

Please contact our reservations department if you would like to request a particular room on booking (please see our range of bedrooms here) and they will endeavour to accommodate your request where possible.

We apply a service charge to our rooms which helps support our incredible staff directly. Please note a discretionary will be added to your bill. This charge will be wholly distributed to our team members.

Early check in: If required we can arrange an early check in from 12:00pm at the earliest, chargeable at £20.00 per bedroom.

Late check out: We can arrange late check out until 2:00pm at the latest, chargeable at £20.00 per bedroom.

Dog Friendly

We are an extremely dog friendly hotel, there is a small supplement charge of £15.00 per dog, per night which includes a dog bowl and treats in your bedroom on arrival. Dogs are welcome in the main lounge and bar area but are not permitted in the main restaurant. Please note dogs are permitted to stay in any bedroom type.

  • Breakfast: 7am – 9am Weekdays, 8am – 10:30am Weekend & Bank Holidays
  • Lunch / afternoon tea: 12pm – 5pm
  • Dinner: 6pm – 9pm
  • The Spa: 7am – 9pm (Last entry 8pm) Weekdays, 7am – 8pm Weekends (Last entry 7pm)

Please note Children times for swimming are: 9:00am – 11am and 4pm – 6pm. Children must always be accompanied by a responsible adult. Children must be 4 and over to swim.

Electric Car Charging Points

We have 6 electric charging points available they are 7.4 Kw. It’s £30 for 24 hours use of the charging points. Instructions on how to use the electric car charging points and booking is available at reception.

Room Service

  • Room service is available from 11:30am – 9:00pm. To contact room service please dial ‘0’.
  • A selection of sandwiches are available 24 hours.
  • Breakfast is available 7:00am – 9:30am. Please order with reception by 9pm.
  • Please note there is a tray charge of £5.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of a booking made via a third party is charged if not cancelled before 12 noon 2 days prior to arrival.

If you book direct you can cancel free of charge up to 12 noon the day prior to arrival.

Advanced Purchase Rates are non refundable or transferable.
