We met Amy the week before our wedding she was our master of ceremonies, this lady is amazing! Her ideas of how to put together our wedding, her relaxed but professional approach and her hard work dedication was amazing! Even to the night before where we had a change to wedding guests, she was able to resolve our problem.

On our wedding day Amy and James were amazing! They were calm and efficient, keeping us moving throughout the day and even when we ran over time they were able to put together a plan for us to catch up on that time. Amy was a calming influence and allowed us to do a first look before we got married.

The food was amazing, we opted for a BBQ outside and were very lucky with the wedding. Our wedding guests commented on the BBQ, the service and the staff.

I stayed in the lodge the night before, which was a great experience. We had a massage in the spa and tea in the bar. All staff knew we were the bridal party and could not do anymore for us at any point throughout our stay. We ordered our breakfast the night before and was delivered to the lodge the morning of our wedding day.

We had the lodge booked for 2 nights, the hotel cleaning staff came into the lodge whilst we were getting married and refreshed/reset the room. The hotel moved our bags to the correct room for the night of our wedding.

The morning after our wedding, we were able to have part of the breakfast room, which was set up with 3 round tables with linen. We were able to have our breakfast with our wedding guests.

We can not thank all Rowton Hall staff enough, their professionalism, their personable service, nothing was too much for them and to the staff that worked tirelessly to give us the most amazing day!

We had 40 guests stay the night of our wedding, and no one could fault their rooms, service and staff at Rowton Hall.

From start to finish it was planned and executed so well and we can’t ever thank you enough for that.

Amy, it was an absolute pleasure meeting you, nothing too much trouble an amazing smile and such a lovely person. Again we can’t thank you enough.

I have to mention the head house keeper and cleaner who looked after Bruce on Saturday afternoon, taking him for a walk was so above and beyond the call of duty.

We also have to give a shout out to the gardener whose hard work through the winter and into the spring provided us with such an amazing background for our day. Please pass on our gratitude. He must be so proud, he should be.

A shout out to the lovely Louise, the wider team and of course the chefs for creating and delivering such amazing food.

You all should be so proud of yourselves, you’re an amazing team and we cannot thank you enough. Everyone has raved about the day, the ceremony, the food, the staff and so much more. So again, words cannot express our most sincere gratitude.

We would highly recommend this venue for a wedding, romantic weekend or spa getaway.

We recently had a wedding on 26th July and I honestly could not fault the hotel, from the service of the staff down to the food which was absolutely amazing. All of the guests commented on the food on the day of the wedding and on the evening of the wedding. Big special thanks to every single staff member, they were also so lovely with my little boy, and a special thanks to Amy (master of ceremonies ) who making sure everything ran smoothly, you were a star. This place will always have a special place in my heart.

A wonderful venue, Liv & Andrew’s wedding was a joy. All of the staff were fantastic, attentive, helpful, nothing was too much trouble. We all appreciated the humour and interaction. Cannot recommend highly enough. Well organised, stress free, we were all able to relax and enjoy the day. Mother & step Father of the bride.

My husband and I just had our wedding at Rowton Hall on the 12th July and I honestly can’t write anything that will express the gratitude I feel towards the entire team! I can’t fault a single thing, everything was so smooth and the whole team were so lovely and took care of everything.

I honestly think if anything had gone wrong I wouldn’t have known as the team would have sorted it before we’d even noticed.

My husband and I aren’t very organised people by nature so we were a bit worried the day would have a few hiccups due to our lack of organisational skills but we didn’t need them as the team at Rowton had everything covered and made us feel safe and relaxed. James ran the show on the day and I’m so glad we had him along with everyone else

Choosing a venue for a wedding can be so difficult, trying to cater for the needs of family and friends so that they feel comfortable and looked after is not easy. However from the moment we stepped into Rowton Hall we knew this was the PERFECT venue. It has everything – the beautiful ballroom, the stylish bar, brilliant outside seating areas – we could honestly not ask for anything more.

The team at Rowton are just the best, they were so attentive to our needs and made everyone feel so welcome with impeccable service throughout the two days we spent there. We managed to have an outside wedding and it was breath-taking in the garden area so many beautiful flowers it was a real WOW !!! and such a credit to the gardeners. The rooms we had were fantastic. Louise at breakfast went above and beyond ensuring our delicious breakfast was delivered to the wedding party and all done with heartfelt joy to make our day so special from the very start. Rowton staff are fully committed to making the wedding day run smoothly and were honestly the most genuine people you could come across. They checked in on us without being intrusive, they were on hand to our every need. Amy and Lisa were just FANTASTIC we could not believe how professional they were – every detail was thought of and their high standards was there for all to see. We felt like we had made friends and not just staff from the hotel we were having our wedding at. Thank you so much.

The reception staff and bar staff were also amazing they worked hard to help with the smooth running of the day. Special mention to Edel from that team who sorted all the rooms perfectly. The general manager James coordinated outside providers and so much more and again was a pleasure to work with.
The wedding breakfast was delicious as was the canopies and evening buffet – all so fresh and hot when served.

All our guests said it was the best wedding they had been to which was lovely but without the staff at Rowton the day would not have been the same so all credit must go to them. You made our dream come true to have the most magical, beautiful and amazing wedding day and we can’t thank you enough.

Absolutely fantastic! From start to finish I really can’t fault them! Lisa our wedding co-ordinator was the best!! She knew what we both wanted from just getting to know us, prior before the wedding….We booked the venue 9 months out, but Lisa took time to understand what we wanted….Me being very big on customer service and wanting the day to run as smoothly as possible with no hiccups at all. The answer…It did and it really couldn’t have went any better than it did! Even the small touches, I asked for certain spirits to be ordered in and they did. Not just the average spirits too, one I asked for was bubblegum vodka and they got it and stocked it in both bars! So I really can’t have any complaints whatsoever! The venue was just class and the staff were more than attentive on the day to us! Also having a license till 1am was a big positive for us too! Would for sure book an event here again!
