Check in time is from 3:00pm and check out time is by 11:00am if you booked through a third party, if you booked direct check out is 12pm. If required we can arrange an early check in from 1:00pm at the earliest, chargeable at £20.00 per bedroom or a late check out until 1:00pm at the latest, chargeable at £20.00 per bedroom. Subject to availability, please contact our reservations team to arrange this.

Please note Children times for swimming are: 9:00am - 11am and 4pm - 6pm. Children must always be accompanied by a responsible adult. Children must be 4 and over to swim.
We have 6 electric charging points available they are 7.4 Kw. It's £18.00 for 24 hours use of the charging points. Instructions on how to use the electric car charging points and booking is available at reception.

Cancellation of a booking made via a third party is charged if not cancelled before 12 noon 2 days prior to arrival.
If you book direct you can cancel free of charge up to 12 noon the day prior to arrival.
