Booking

Upon booking online or over the phone with Rowton Hall Hotel, we ask you to provide certain personal details which are necessary to provide our service.

The details we record are: full name of main guest, address, postcode, phone number and payment details. This is so we can contact you regarding your booking before and during your stay with us, process your payment and keep details of your payment on file for accounting purposes.

Our online booking system will prompt you to create an account. If you choose to open one, we will store your details to make it easier for you to book with us again in the future.

During your stay with us, we may store data relating to how you have used our service, for example if you have used our Health Club, spa and room service. This is so we can contact you with personalised and relevant offers. We will only contact you with these offers if you have opted into receiving marketing from us.

We do not pass on your data to third parties. If we choose to do so in future, we will contact you by email with the relevant Privacy Policy changes. You are able to opt out at any time from all direct marketing by contacting reception@rowtonhallhotelandspa.co.uk.

Vouchers

When you purchase a voucher from our website, we will ask you for your name, address, post code, email address, company name and a delivery address. This is so we can process your order and ship your voucher to the correct address. You will also be prompted to create an account. If you choose to open an account, we will store your details to make it easier for you to book with us again.

If you wish for your data to be removed from our systems after your purchase has been processed, please contact reception@rowtonhallhotelandspa.co.uk and provide your order number.

Contact from us

We may use your personal data to contact you about your booking before your stay by email or telephone.
If have opted into receiving marketing information, we will contact you about promotions and offers we think you will be interested in finding out about. This could be by email, phone, SMS or direct mail.

Retention of data
