Our delicious restaurant lunches are served in our Thyme Restaurant which is a vibrant and sophisticated place to be seen and extremely popular with our guests and locals. It also has a great reputation for excellent food and we get may satisfied feedback from our guests.
The Thyme Restaurant is open every lunchtime between 12.00pm and 4pm and is open to hotel guests and non-residents.
We also have a number of private dining rooms suitable for 8 – 30 guests or larger functions suites for dinners and events catering for up to 120 guests.
As everything is made seasonally, our menus change weekly. See below our sample menus.

While we take every precaution to minimise cross-contact, all our dishes are prepared in an open kitchen where allergens are present. Consequently, we cannot guarantee any item is 100% allergen-free. Peanuts and tree nuts are routinely handled in our kitchen and may be present across menu items.
