- Our priority is to have your room ready from 3 pm on the day of your arrival. Should you wish to arrive earlier to enjoy our facilities, we will happily store your luggage until such time that your rooms become available.
- You are kindly asked to vacate your room by 11 am on your day of departure. If bedrooms are not vacated by 11 am on the day of departure, a charge will be made by the hotel. A late check out may be arranged in advance with reception until 2 pm, this is chargeable.
- In the event of non-arrival, the hotel reserves the right to charge for the unoccupied room/s.
- Upon check-in, the hotel will place a pre-authorisation hold on your credit or debit card. This is not a final charge; it is a temporary hold that may appear as a pending transaction on your bank statement. Upon check-out, the total cost of your stay will be charged, and the hold will then be released by your bank.
- All deposits are non-refundable. Information on Holiday Insurance can be supplied on request.
- Please note that in accordance with the Law, the hotel is entirely non-smoking.
- Packages are based on a maximum of 2 adults sharing a room, unless otherwise stated. Additional children and adults will be charged a supplement charge, please contact us for further details.
- All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate.
- Guests shall be responsible to Rowton Hall Hotel & Spa for any damage caused to the public areas, allocated rooms or furnishings, utensils and equipment therein or to the Hotel generally by any act, default or neglect of the guest or accompanying persons and shall pay Rowton Hall Hotel & Spa on demand the amount required to make good or remedy any such damage.
- The Hotel reserves the right to judge acceptable levels of noise and/or behaviour of guests and to take appropriate reasonable action where necessary.
- The Hotel reserves the right to close or relocate any services due to unforeseen circumstances or pre-booked events, every effort will be made to ensure all standards and services are met.

Spa facilities are available to hotel residents from 3.00pm on the day of arrival until check-out on the day of departure. Access to the spa facilities is not available before 3.00pm on the day of arrival or after check-out on the day of departure.
Guests wishing to make the most of their time with us may wish to enquire about our early check-in or late check-out options, subject to availability and an additional charge. These options may allow you to extend your time at the hotel and enjoy more of our facilities around your stay. Please contact the hotel in advance to check availability and pricing.
