Refer a Friend Terms & Conditions

Validation: A referral is validated once the referred friend signs a new annual / 12 month contract.
Booking: Once validated, your voucher will be sent out once the new member has completed 3 months of monthly payments or within 7 days if the new member pays upfront.
Treatment Limit: One complimentary treatment per referral.
Extensions: Extending the complimentary treatment (e.g., to a 55-minute session) will incur an additional charge.
Referral Cap: A maximum of 20 referrals is allowed per calendar year.
Treatment Duration: Complimentary treatment is for 25 minutes only.
Treatment Availability: Complimentary treatment is available Monday – Thursday only.
Fraud Prevention: We reserve the right to withhold the complimentary treatment if fraudulent activity is suspected.
Eligibility: Employees of Anderbury Hotel Collection are eligible for the referral scheme.
