Floating Sound Bath Competition

We’re excited to share that Internal Bloom have gifted us five free spaces for their First Floating Sound Bath & Reiki experience here at Rowton Hall on Sunday 28th September at 7.30pm (Normally £45pp!) This unique session combines floating relaxation with live sound healing and Reiki energy work, it’s a chance to fully unwind and reset.

A Spa Announcement

Please note: The pool area must be vacated 15 minutes before the club closes. On Sunday 28th September, the pool will close at 7:30 pm (15 minutes earlier than usual). The changing rooms and gym will remain open until 8:00 pm as normal.

Classes available for guests only if spaces remain on the day
