Baby Shower FAQ’s

Our baby shower package requires a minimum of 12 guests, and we can accommodate larger groups depending on your needs. For more intimate celebrations (up to ~30 people) we have spaces like the Adams Lounge and Inglenook, and for larger events we also have the Ballroom and other function suites.

Yes. The hotel offers disabled parking and accessible ground‑floor event spaces, and the grounds are easy to navigate.

Yes — there is free on‑site parking for guests, including wheelchair‑accessible parking and electric vehicle charging points (charges apply).

Yes, children are very welcome at Rowton Hall. Children’s Afternoon Tea options are available at a reduced price.

Yes, the hotel is dog friendly. Dogs are welcome in selected areas such as the lounge and bar.

Access for decorating is typically available earlier on the day of the event, depending on room availability. The events team will confirm timings closer to your baby shower.

You are welcome to bring your own suppliers if you prefer, although we can recommend trusted suppliers who work with the hotel regularly.

We ask that décor does not damage the venue. Items should not be fixed to walls or fixtures without prior approval.

Balloon arches and themed décor are welcome.
Biodegradable confetti may be permitted outdoors depending on the area used.

You are welcome to bring your own celebration cake. External catering is generally not permitted unless agreed in advance, as the hotel provides in-house catering.

Yes, you are welcome to play music during your celebration.

We can hold a provisional booking for 7 days for baby showers.

To secure your booking we require:

• A £10 per person non-refundable deposit

• A signed booking contract

To help us plan your celebration, we’ll ask for the following details:

• Name of the person the baby shower is for

• Is the baby shower a surprise?

• Do they know the baby’s gender (Boy, Girl or Surprise)?

• Preferred décor colour theme:

  • Baby Blue

  • Baby Pink

  • Sage Green

• Will you be supplying additional décor?

• Will you be bringing a cake?

• Do any guests have allergies or dietary requirements?
