Conference Offer Terms & Conditions

This promotion entitles the booker to select one complimentary gift from the options provided at the time of booking.
The offer is valid for new conference or meeting bookings confirmed on or before 28 February.
The promotion applies only to events taking place at the participating venue(s) and is subject to availability.
Minimum numbers, spend, or package requirements may apply depending on the event type and venue.
The complimentary gift is allocated per booking and is non‑transferable, non‑exchangeable, and has no cash value.
The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount, or negotiated rate.
Existing bookings, amendments to previously confirmed bookings, or rebooked/cancelled events do not qualify.
The venue reserves the right to withdraw or amend the offer at any time without prior notice.
Standard venue terms and conditions apply to all conference and meeting bookings.
